Responsibilities include:
Ensure all paperwork required for titling/registration is included and complete for every deal
Review titling schedule on a weekly basis and making corrections/issuing refunds as necessary
Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees
Process webdealer/dlrdmv invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Monitor and track incoming titles and research any outstanding
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and customer information
Stay updated on title regulations and documentation requirements
Titling all new and used car deals including wholesales and dealer trades
General dealership accounting
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Previous title work is required, with some accounting knowledge is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational, analytical & problem solving skills.
Computer proficiency.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred
1-2 years of experience in automotive title work or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Salary is commensurate with experience.
